Job summary

MK Consulting Group seeks a Structural Steel Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of nationwide structural steel projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications while coordinating engineers, fabricators, erectors, and subcontractors.

You will drive change orders, assure quality and safety compliance, and control project costs from initiation to closeout, leading teams toward on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience in structural steel construction.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills for large-scale projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead and coordinate engineering, fabrication, erector teams and subcontractors.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Oversee cost estimation, procurement, and change orders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain project documentation and closeout processes.
