Job summary

Patriot Erectors, LLC is seeking an experienced leader to manage structural steel projects from budgeting through closeout in our Texas operations. You will coordinate detailing, fabrication, and field erection, serving as the main confidence point for clients and crews.

The role requires 5+ years in steel fabrication/erection, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to read multiple drawing types. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related — or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing structural steel fabrication and/or erection projects.
• Ability to read structural, architectural, shop, and erection drawings.
• Strong command of budgets, schedules, change orders, and financials.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, schedule, budget, and financial outcomes from budget through closeout.
• Coordinate day-to-day field activities with the Project Superintendent.
• Manage erection scopes and drive fabrication from shop to site.
• Interpret drawings and run constructability analyses.
• Price changes and keep budgets and schedules current.
• Interface across estimating, detailing, fabrication, field, and finance.
• Provide clear, timely client updates and resolve issues promptly.
