Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in structural steel or ironworking, strong leadership, and a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining safety standards on outdoor construction sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in structural steel/ironworking.
• Experience leading field crews on erection projects.
• Proven ability to deliver safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate ironworker crews in daily erection activities to meet project schedules.
• Plan work assignments, sequencing, and manpower allocation; train and develop crew members.
• Promote safety culture; conduct daily toolbox talks and JHAs; ensure OSHA compliance.
