Qualifications

• 3 years of experience minimum required in the building design consulting industry.
• Ability to train and mentor less experienced staff.
• Proficient in design standards including steel, concrete, wood, masonry.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design efforts for building materials and systems.
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, and calculations.
• Support project execution through planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Skills

Proficiency in design techniques and tools involved in technical plans

Strong technical and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in BIM software

Education

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)

Engineering In Training (EIT) required

MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
