Job summary

Vertical Bridge, located in Delray Beach, is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to support the Operations team in maintaining the structural integrity of its tower portfolio. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of engineers, conducting structural and seismic analyses, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should have a degree in civil/structural engineering, PE registration, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field, preferably in the communications tower industry.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the communication tower industry.
• Ability to supervise and manage a team of engineers.
• Familiarity with IBC, TIA Rev I & H, ACI, ASCE – 7 standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineers on structural analyses.
• Conduct structural and seismic analysis on tower structures.
• Produce accurate construction reports for permitting.
• Represent Vertical Bridge on industry committees.
