Job summary

Garver's Water Design Center in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Structural Engineer licensed as SE to lead design teams for water and wastewater projects. You will develop structural concepts, produce plans and specifications, and manage workload across multiple projects.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure quality and timely delivery while supporting field activities and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Registered Structural Engineer (SE)
• • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from ABET accredited program
• Experience in concrete, masonry, aluminum and structural steel design
• Proven experience overseeing structural designs with detailed plans and specs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teaching and coaching ability to onboard new team members

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team in producing structural designs for water/wastewater facilities
• Coordinate with other disciplines and regional offices; manage budgets and schedules
• Provide quality assurance and control to Garver standards
• Mentor junior engineers, designers and technicians for growth
• Perform field work and site assessments as needed
