Revive in Irvine, California is seeking an in-house Structural Engineer who takes ownership from feasibility through construction. You will work shoulder to shoulder with architects, project managers, and builders to deliver safe, buildable, and cost-conscious structural solutions that keep projects moving and scalable.

Qualifikationen

• Active California PE or SE license with authority to sign and stamp structural drawings/calc.
• Minimum 3 years of professional structural engineering experience designing residential buildings.
• Strong experience with wood-frame, podium, and concrete structural systems.
• Ability to work in-house from Irvine, CA office and collaborate with architects, PMs, and builders.

Aufgaben

• Own structural engineering across ground-up residential and applicable projects from feasibility through permitting and construction support.
• Develop structural designs, drawings, and construction documents for wood-frame, podium, concrete, and other systems.
• Independently sign and stamp structural work within CA licensure.
• Coordinate with architects, PMs, and construction crews to drive projects forward.
• Identify structural constraints early in massing/site planning to ensure financial viability before detailed design.
