Outform in Chicago seeks a Senior Structural Designer (Lead) to drive retail-focused temporary displays from concept through production and to lead a pod of 3–5 structural designers. The role is roughly 60% hands-on design and 40% leadership, including coaching, reviews, hiring input, and ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and program success for key client accounts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Development or related field.
• 7+ years designing POP displays, retail fixtures, or corrugated structures.
• 2+ years leading designers as supervisor or working lead.
• Advanced proficiency in ArtiosCAD with a relevant portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of corrugated/paperboard structures and manufacturing processes.

Mansioni

• Lead a pod of 3–5 designers and balance workload daily.
• Review drawings, dielines and samples for fit and manufacturability.
• Mentor designers through regular coaching and reviews.
• Onboard new designers and participate in hiring decisions.
