Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology, structural biology, biophysics, or bioinformatics.
• Minimum 5 years of R&D in computational structural biology, plus 2 years post-doc or industrial experience and 2 years of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural biology support for variant analyses through structure-function interpretation.
• Develop methods, protocols, and tools for structural modeling, molecular dynamics, and clinical variant assessment.
• Partner with statisticians and data scientists to validate algorithms and data collection workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Bioinformatics, R&D, and reporting teams for clinical research projects.
• Write testable, production-grade code adhering to SDLC standards and code review practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases while mentoring junior staff.
• Direct and lead the structural team through soft and explicit leadership ensuring timely project completion.
• Support, inform, and educate leadership and stakeholders about project progress and blockers.
