D1 Training in Huntersville, NC, is seeking a Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead the coaching team, deliver high-quality sessions, and uphold the D1 Training philosophy.

You will coach athletes across youth, adult, and team programs, oversee personal training operations, hire and develop staff, and ensure exceptional member experiences with hands-on leadership and ownership of the training floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
• Provide personal training and individualized coaching as needed
• Oversee personal training operations, including session quality and consistency
• Hire, train, and develop coaching staff to deliver high-quality workouts
• Support trainer scheduling, development, and accountability
