Responsibilities

• Oversee strength and conditioning programming for 28 NCAA sports.
• Manage Mustang Stadium Fitness Center schedule and records.
• Recruit, train, and supervise athletic department staff and interns.
• Coordinate with Athletic Training and Physical Therapy for return-to-play protocols.
• Ensure safety and compliance with NCAA rules during workouts.
