Job summary

AQUALIS in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Landscape Crew Lead) to supervise field crews and oversee stormwater system maintenance. The role requires regional travel 4-5 days per week and strong emphasis on safety and hands-on leadership.

Base compensation ranges from $21.00 to $32.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits and growth opportunities. Candidates should have experience operating landscaping equipment and driving truck/trailer, plus willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience operating basic landscaping equipment.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer.
• Willing to travel regionally, overnight, 4-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of watershed management technicians to maintain and improve storm drainage systems.
• Perform general environmental maintenance activities.
• Complete maintenance & inspection reports and track crew expenses.
• Coordinate hotel arrangements for overnight travel.
• Ensure safety trainings and DOT safety requirements are followed.
