Triangle Pond Management in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Crew Foreman to lead stormwater and aquatic projects. You will supervise crews, assign tasks, ensure safety and quality, and report hours and materials.

Daily work includes erosion and pipe repairs, dredging, grading, mowing, and operating skid steers and excavators. The role requires reliable travel between sites and a commitment to meeting schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or aquatic construction projects.
• Strong organization and detail orientation with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in operating construction equipment and vehicle use.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage a team.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel between sites; safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct crews on stormwater repair projects.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to team members.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all jobs.
• Perform erosion and pipe repairs, dredging, grading, mowing and planting.
• Operate skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, slope mowers.
• Interpret drawings and surveys; submit service reports; track hours and materials.
• Maintain equipment and keep detailed records.
