Triangle Pond Management, a Raleigh-area environmental services firm, is seeking a full-time Mow Crew Leader – Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team across North Carolina. If you have landscaping or stormwater management experience and are ready to lead a crew maintaining essential environmental systems, we want to hear from you.

This role is full-time, Monday–Friday 7 AM–4 PM with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and ability to travel between job sites.
• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or aquatics.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficient with landscaping equipment, including mowers and hand tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills with proven management abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew responsible for mowing and maintaining stormwater control measures.
• Operate company vehicles.
• Perform turf maintenance.
• Apply herbicides.
• Inspect stormwater devices.
• Ensure the team meets deadlines and quality standards.
