The Lead Steward assists shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day functions of the department. They maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of their duties by training, supporting, supervising, and interacting with department team members. The role involves ensuring all schedules are assigned and completed daily, setting a positive example through professional interactions with team members, customers, and families. The Lead Steward performs other duties as assigned by the director, actively participates in outstanding customer service, and maintains respectful relationships with all. They contribute to team efforts, demonstrate professionalism, and ensure good customer interactions.
This role offers an hourly wage of $18.54 - $23.17.
Benefits are per the union agreement.
