Job Duties:

1. Oversee cleaning operations in the Food and Beverage Department.
2. Operate mechanical dishwashing machines and understand dishware handling and floor maintenance.
3. Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met through continual training and follow-up.
4. Assist in scheduling and developing the stewarding department for maximum efficiency.
5. Exercise good judgment and motivate the team, maintaining cohesiveness in difficult situations.
6. Maintain inventory controls and ensure proper distribution of supplies.
7. Push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
8. Oversee maintenance and sanitation of kitchens, stewarding equipment, and physical areas.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
10. Promote superior guest service.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Two years of experience as a Steward in a high-volume operation.
2. Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
