Job Description

This position maintains high cleanliness and sanitation standards within our food and beverage division, leads the daily staff for a shift, manages equipment, and supervises assigned tasks as directed by the Stewarding Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Thoroughly and efficiently wash dishes, pots, cookware, and utensils in compliance with Omni's sanitation standards.
  2. Break down trays from banquets and outlets.
  3. Deliver clean cookware and serveware to outlets and meeting rooms.
  4. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
  5. Store all dishes, cookware, and utensils properly.
Qualifications
  1. Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours.
  2. Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs., push, pull, bend, stretch, and reach.
  3. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  4. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  5. Previous stewarding experience preferred.
  6. Food handlers certification required.
