Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, Oregon is seeking a Senior Sterile Processing Technician to support the surgical team. The role ensures cleaning, inspection, sterilization and distribution of sterile instrumentation and equipment, working with other departments to keep supplies available for procedures.

This on-call, variable shift position requires certification in sterile processing and distribution and at least 3 years of recent experience.

Formación

• National Certified Registered Central Service Technician (HSAP).
• National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT).
• National Certified Instrument Specialist (HSAP).
• 3 years of recent sterile processing experience.
• Experience using personal computer and basic software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for cleaning, inspection, maintenance, proper sterilization and distribution of sterile instrumentation and equipment.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure supplies and instrumentation are available for surgical cases and other procedures.
