Job summary

UHS is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to support Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital in California. The role requires current experience in sterile processing and completion of a sterile processing course, with ongoing certification requirements.

You may be required to float between facilities within Southwest Health to meet operational needs, with orientation and competency validation provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent department-specific experience required.
• Sterile processing course completion preferred.
• Initial certification CSPDT/CSIS or CBSPD equivalent required; two additional certs (CIS/CHL or CSPM) to be earned within two years.

Responsibilities

• Employee may be required to float to the other Southwest Health facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital as needed, with orientation and competency validation.
