Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Lead Sterile Processing Tech to oversee the Sterile Processing Department. This full-time role supports operations 7:00am-3:30pm, ensuring timely decontamination, packaging, and case cart setup to meet OR demand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running the department when supervisor is unavailable.
• Inform management items and supplies needed to order and assist in locating instrumentation; adjust workflow to OR demand.
• Oversee departmental needs daily and provide sterile processed materials and equipment.
• Execute decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization and surgical case cart setup with quality control.
• Place sterile items in correct areas, ensuring proper labeling by department.
