Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of sterile compounding experience.
• Experience in oncology infusion or hospital pharmacy preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, verify, and process physician medication orders to ensure safety.
• Perform and oversee sterile compounding in compliance with USP standards.
• Conduct final verification of compounded sterile preparations.
• Review medication profiles for safety and interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise staff pharmacists and technicians.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and aseptic technique.
• Develop and maintain pharmacy policies and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, State Board).
