Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Stat Programmer to lead statistical programming for ADAM & TLF, developing SDTM/ADaM datasets and outputs in SAS. You will collaborate with biostatisticians and project teams to ensure regulatory-ready deliverables and timelines.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical SAS, ADAM/ADaM, client handling, and mentoring. Strong leadership and communication are essential as you guide multiple studies across programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Clinical SAS, Base SAS, Advance SAS, SAS/Macros.
• Experience with ADAM & TLF programming and ADaM specs.
• Experience with ISDB-ISS, pooling studies requested.
• Experience handling clients and leading studies.
• Mentoring others in clinical trials and CDISC Standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops programs to generate tables, listings, and graphs per SAP.
• Performs validation programming and resolves discrepancies with team.
• Maintains project docs and ensures inspection readiness.
• Manages scheduling across multiple projects and adapts plans.
• Acts as statistical programming lead and mentors others.
