  • Support management with data-driven decision making aligned to agency goals.
  • Oversee software development, data entry, backups, and data processing quality.
  • Mentor staff, coordinate with team, and improve processes for efficiency.
  • Manage long-term projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure continuity.
  • Collaborate with external customers and agencies; train on third-party systems.
