The ideal candidate holds a Maryland First Class Stationary Engineer's License with ≥5 years' boiler experience; EPA-CFC Certification is a plus. Competitive compensation begins at $49.94/hour with a 10% bonus target.

Qualifications

• Maryland First Class Stationary Engineer's License.
• Minimum five years of experience operating stationary or marine boilers.
• EPA-CFC Technician Certification – Universal or Type II and Type III preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working conditions and report unsafe conditions.
• Operate boilers, chillers, and associated equipment per policies.
• Stands watch as Lead/Control Operator and oversees personnel.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, and flow in steam and chilled water systems.
• Record operations clearly and maintain logs and reports.
• Support environmental compliance and perform routine maintenance.
