Job summary

Grand Casino Arena in Saint Paul seeks a Stage Technician to handle production equipment, from audio to lighting and rigging, supporting events at the arena and campus. You will supervise part-time crew and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth shows.

The role requires at least six years of industry experience, familiarity with I.A.T.S.E Local 13, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Safety is emphasized, with opportunities to train new staff and contribute to a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
• A minimum of six years’ experience as a production/stage technician in the industry.
• Experienced in working with and overseeing I.A.T.S.E. Local 13 stage crews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down production and related equipment.
• Assist with inventory and supply orders.
• Monitor and operate technical equipment during production, rehearsals, and events.
• Lead event crews and coordinate labor with direction from the Senior Manager, Production.
