Qualifications

5+ years building scalable distributed systems.
Able to debug production issues and mentor others.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software for promotional systems.
Clarify requirements and contribute to estimates and planning.
Participate in on-call rotations and perform root-cause analysis.
Make architectural trade-offs and simplify the codebase.
Conduct code reviews and improve test coverage.
Mentor engineers and advise leaders on technical decisions.
Travel occasionally for team events and conferences.
