Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Three or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Healthcare or higher education recruitment experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing consultative recruitment support.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent preferred.
