What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct audits of Staff Counsel files to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Provide post-audit feedback to management on case handling and policy violations
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management regarding audit trends
- Assist in developing best practices and recommend improvements to existing policies
- Adhere to company policies and maintain attendance standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in applicable jurisdictions
- Minimum of seven years of litigation experience, including insurance defense or personal injury

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to follow complex instructions
- Must demonstrate successful performance in handling cases of significant severity and complexity
