Job summary

The Louisville Boat Club seeks a Multi-Sport Racquets Professional to lead our squash program and grow participation across squash, tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis. The role focuses on private, group, and junior development, while coordinating leagues, events, and interclub competitions.

Ideal candidates will have strong squash teaching experience and a willingness to expand expertise in related racquet sports, delivering exceptional member hospitality and program innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong squash teaching experience (required).
• US Squash certification preferred; PTR/USPTA/others a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Club's lead squash professional.
• Develop and grow junior and adult squash participation.
• Provide private, semi-private, and group instruction.
• Organize leagues, ladders, mixers, round robins, and tournaments.
• Recruit and retain squash players through engaging programming.
• Represent the Club at regional squash events and competitions.
• Teach and assist with programming in squash, tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis.
• Private lessons, group clinics, junior development, adult instruction, beginner programming, competitive player development.
• Assist in planning and executing racquet sport tournaments, junior camps, adult clinics, social mixers, club championships, interclub competitions.
• Deliver hospitality by building relationships and promoting lessons, clinics, leagues, and events.
• Assist with court scheduling and daily operations; support merchandising and retail initiatives.
