The Lead Spray Technician will oversee all aspects of the landscape plant health care program, including turf, shrub, and tree fertilization, weed control, and pesticide applications. Responsibilities include directing crews, coordinating schedules, training employees, ensuring proper chemical handling, and maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Within 3 months, obtain a Qualified Supervisors License in categories 206 and 207 (we can assist if needed)
  • At least 2 years of experience in landscape fertilization, herbicide, or pesticide applications
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and organization
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay range: $20.00 - $28.00/hr, based on skills and experience. The role offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package including health benefits, paid time off, and career development opportunities.

This is an evergreen position, open year-round.
