Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead a team producing Patriots social and digital content. You will shoot, produce, and edit short- and long-form pieces, mentor a team of producers, and collaborate with department managers to plan resources and execute projects on time and budget.

You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and vendor relationships, while ensuring content meets NFL guidelines and integrates sponsor requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in video production or related field.
• 6+ years of professional video production experience, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• 2+ years of proven experience managing full-time employees.
• Strong knowledge of digital media trends and mobile video design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Lead, shoot, produce, and edit video content for Patriots social and digital channels.
• Mentor and manage a team of video producers; oversee schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Content Department leaders to plan resources and projects.
• Coordinate with marketing to fulfill sponsorship commitments on graphics and videos.
• Oversee external vendors and ensure compliance with league rules and timelines.
