Job summary

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, document encounters, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 1–3 years experience in a hospital setting.
• CA licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• CCC-SLP credential required.
• BLS-CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and therapeutic management for speech, language, and cognitive disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and goals; document encounters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in on-going professional growth.
