Job summary

You will partner with the Chief of Specialty Care, chiefs of sections, and interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence, quality improvement, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all specialty outpatient and consultative services within the facility.
• Provide clinical leadership and administrative support for specialty clinics.
• Develop and monitor best practices to improve care quality, access and outcomes.
• Collaborate with section chiefs and staff to uphold patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of specialty staff.
• Contribute to performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic planning for service line growth and resource allocation.
