Marsh & McLennan Shared Services LLC is seeking candidates for the full-time position of Lead Specialist - Digital Visualization & Data Analytics Development based in the New York, NY office. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance, in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing data visualization solutions using emerging data and digital technologies and NoSQL databases.
• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions following best practices.
• Leading large projects and collaborating with team members, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Providing technical direction for product and feature roadmaps.
• Working with technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, SQL, Hive, Presto, and Tableau Server.
• Building self-service BI and data visualization on Big Data platforms.
• Creating enterprise data warehouses and data marts for analytics and reporting.
• Addressing complex technical issues and ensuring compliance with standards and security.
• Managing projects, coaching team members, and solving complex problems.
• Keeping skills and knowledge up to date in digital applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in roles such as Software Engineer, Developer, or Project Lead.
• Experience with Tier 1 IT services companies or captives.
• Proficiency with analytics data solutions like Power BI, Qlik, OBIEE, Power Apps, SSRS, Tableau.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Data Bricks, Scala, Python, or R.
• Experience with reporting solutions on Oracle EBS, RM&B, Webcas, WebCenter, Essbase, and cloud finance applications including Workday, Azure Data Lakehouse, OCI.
• Developing data solutions for HR, Finance, and Real Estate functions.

The salary range for this role is $153,637 - $259,800 annually, determined by experience, skills, and other factors. The position may be eligible for performance incentives.
