Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Specialist, Benefits and Authorization - Specialty Operations to manage benefit verification and authorizations for new and existing patients, ensuring speed and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will train new hires, mentor team members, and assist the Supervisor or Manager with special assignments while upholding quality standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of quality focus.
• Experience in healthcare/medical billing is preferred.
