Job Description Summary

The Lead Specialist, Benefits and Authorization - Specialty Operations is responsible for processing benefit verification or authorization for new and existing patients and acts as a team lead by assisting the Supervisor or Manager in training team members, resolving complex issues and leading special assignments. Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Processes benefit verification or authorization for all new and existing patients with speed and accuracy.
• Provides training and mentoring for new hires.
• Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

Salary

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below: Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $21.55-$35.92
