Job summary

The California Department of Justice is seeking a Division of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse, Special Agent Supervisor to oversee investigations into provider fraud, elder abuse, and drug diversion. You will manage a team of Special Agents and professional staff, coordinate with prosecutors, and ensure comprehensive casework across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires leadership in complex investigations, knowledge of Medi-Cal laws, and the ability to train and testify as an expert witness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Special Agents and professional staff engaged in Medi-Cal provider fraud, patient abuse, and drug diversion investigations.
• Plan, assign, and direct criminal, civil, and special investigations; organize and conduct complex investigations; review reports and affidavits; coordinate multi-jurisdictional enforcement.
