The State of California seeks a Special Agent Supervisor within the Department of Justice’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit to lead investigations into Medi-Cal fraud, elder abuse, and drug diversion. You will supervise Special Agents and staff, plan complex inquiries, and coordinate with prosecutors and DOJ attorneys to build strong cases for court.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership, judgment, effective communication, and experience with electronic evidence and Medi-Cal data systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex investigations in fraud or related areas.
• Ability to coordinate with prosecutors and multi-level command structures.
• Strong written and oral communication under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Plan, assign and direct criminal, civil, and special investigations.
• Supervise and direct a team of Special Agents and professional staff.
• Coordinate casework with DAGs and Supervising Deputy Attorneys General.
• Provide expert testimony and liaison with law enforcement agencies.
