Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on thermal engineering experience.
• Experience with thermal analysis tools (Thermal Desktop, Ansys).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineers in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the spacecraft thermal architecture: active and passive control.
• Lead trades on performance, mass, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and schedule.
• Model and correlate thermal data against ground and flight tests.
• Deliver flight hardware from concept through manufacturing, integration, test and launch.
