The ideal candidate has a background in aerospace or mechanical engineering with over 8 years of relevant experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $225,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including equity and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in structural design, analysis, or mechanisms for flight hardware.
• Hands-on experience taking hardware from design through build and test.
• Experience with load paths, structural sizing, and material selection.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, build, and performance of vehicle structures and mechanical systems.
• Lead structural analysis and validate with test and flight data.
• Define and execute structural test campaigns.
