Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Valid state license and/or certification in massage therapy.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience preferred; recent graduates considered with training.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities based on client needs and preferences.
• Conduct client consultations to understand wellness goals and tailor treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms per health and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences for future visits.
• Oversee Massage Therapists at the location and assist with scheduling, coaching, and training as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and licensure requirements.
