Life Time is seeking a Lead Artist to model excellence for LifeSpa technicians, overseeing service delivery and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem. You will hire, coach and lead the LifeSpa team, while managing inventory, purchasing, scheduling and labor costs to ensure financial success.

This leadership role requires strong presentation, technical ability and relationship-building, with responsibilities including payroll management and regular team meetings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and perform minor lifting.
• Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the front by greeting guests and ensuring comfort during LifeSpa experience.
• Deliver uncompromising technical services.
• Serve as an expert in beauty analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Drive LifeSpa service and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem.
• Staff and recruit talent while optimizing schedules.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and weekly inventory processes.
• Oversee hourly and commissioned Team Member payroll.
• Host monthly Team Member meetings and weekly 1-on-1s.
