Morton's The Steakhouse Seaport in Boston is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead and elevate a high-volume kitchen with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of culinary management experience in upscale/fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of back of house operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations and uphold Morton's culinary standards.
• Mentor and develop team members in a high-volume kitchen.
• Assist in managing budgets, inventories, and cost controls.
• Oversee sanitation and safety in line with OSHA regulations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style.
