Aramark is seeking an experienced Kitchen Lead to cover Head Chef duties in their absence and support overall kitchen operations. You will ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and compliance while managing orders, supplier relations, and staff training.

You will collaborate with the team to rotate menus, monitor budgets, and uphold company policies. This role requires flexibility in hours and strong leadership in a fast-paced catering environment.

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to meet high standards and client contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations and company policies.
• Assist in crafting menu cycles to maintain food variety and budget margins.
• Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
• Assist with ordering and ensure approved suppliers to optimize costs.
• Check deliveries and verify quality and procedures with suppliers.
• Maintain HACCP records and safety checks in kitchen and related areas.
• Assist with stock takes and training needs of kitchen staff.

• Review weekly kitchen hazard list with Head Chef; maintain communication with client and staff.
