Responsabilités

• Assist Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods.
• Coordinate activities of cooks and food-service staff.
• Supervise kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation according to procedures.
• Maintain portion control and serving temperatures.
• Assist with inventory and deliveries.
