Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking a salaried Sommelier who will lead daily wine and spirits tastings, connect guests with boutique producers, and collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of wines and spirits, experience in fine dining hospitality, and excellent communication with guests and staff. This is a full-time position based in Walland, TN, with opportunities to engage with producers and culinary staff.

Competenze

• Great base knowledge of wine and spirits is necessary.
• Experience in hospitality industry in a fine dining setting is preferred.
• Proper e-mail and verbal communication etiquette is necessary.

Mansioni

• Lead daily wine and spirits tastings for guests and educate on small batch producers.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to support bar, lounge, and dinner service.
• Restock wines and assist in cellar management and inventory.
