Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks a Lead Solutions Specialist for eLux & Scout to shape the modern, secure workplace using the Citrix platform, including VDI/DaaS and Web Apps. You will drive integration, security, and optimization of Unicon’s eLux and Scout across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Experience with thin-client computing and secure digital workspaces.
• 5+ years in IT architecture, endpoint management, or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of security, OS management, and cloud-based device automation.
• Familiarity with Citrix DaaS, virtualization, and remote access is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure architectures leveraging eLux and Scout to deliver secure, centrally managed workspaces.
• Lead feature development and integrations for endpoint security and performance.
• Champion IT process improvements in endpoint security and device management.
• Develop PoCs with customers to validate capabilities of eLux and Scout.
• Contribute to technical roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support customers to drive platform adoption and success.
