Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks a Lead Solutions Specialist for eLux & Scout to join our mission to deliver a secure, modern workplace. You will drive the integration and optimization of Unicon’s eLux and Scout as core components of the Citrix platform, enabling scalable, secure digital workspaces across diverse devices.

In this role you will shape architectures, lead feature development, and develop PoCs with customers, collaborating with Product, Sales, and other teams to enhance endpoint security,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture, endpoint management, or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, OS management, and cloud-based device automation.
• Experience with Citrix DaaS, virtualization, and remote access solutions.
• Ability to communicate with customers or partners.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, including Zero Trust and encryption.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and Configure architectures that are scalable, secure, and innovative for endpoint management using eLux and Scout.
• Lead feature development to enhance endpoint security, centralized management, and performance.
• Champion process improvements for IT security, remote device management, and OS standardization.
• Develop PoCs with customers to validate effectiveness of eLux and Scout in real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap for Unicon's eLux and Scout.
• Provide technical leadership and collaboration across functions including Product and Sales.
