We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure developer workplace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the future of application development, DevOps, and data security by working on Citrix's cutting-edge developer platform based on a Secure Cloud Development Environment.

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will deploy, configure, and optimize secure, scalable solutions that empower developers and enterprises. You will collaborate with customers to deploy the platform, optimize infrastructure, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation. You will also provide hands-on support, guidance, and mentorship to ensure technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Leadership

• Deploy and configure scalable, secure, and innovative software architectures for our developer platform.
• Lead the development of features, optimizations, and integrations to enhance the platform.
• Drive customer process improvements in application development, DevOps, and data security, aligning with the platform's vision.
• Create prototypes, PoCs, and frameworks to set standards and ensure alignment with secure development principles.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Contribute to the technical product roadmap, aligning with organizational goals.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
• Work with Product Managers, Sales, and cross-functional teams to prioritize impactful, secure, and efficient solutions.

Customer Success

• Advocate for best practices in secure development and modern DevOps based on your experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet their long-term goals.
• Support platform adoption through integration, training, and technical guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior technical roles such as Senior Engineer, Architect, or Distinguished Engineer, with expertise in system design and scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of code development processes, pipelines, DevOps tools, and practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, virtualization, and Citrix DaaS integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with customer-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cloud Development Environments and developer platforms.
• Understanding of data security practices related to development, deployment, and infrastructure.
• Experience leading impactful projects, PoCs, and technical direction.
• Familiarity with product management or business strategy concepts.
