Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering concepts.
• Extensive data analysis and data mapping with large data sets.
• Experience across multiple business streams and front to back system implementation.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts, business and technical architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and documents.
• Ability to drive multiple agendas and manage priorities.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong initiative.
• Attention to detail and pragmatic team approach.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities for analysis with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses before use.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and capture the complete scope of business needs.
• Perform detailed analysis and develop standard, reusable solutions.
• Build functional solutions for ongoing KYC and Risk Assessment initiatives.
• Prepare interface mapping documents and static data meeting requirements.
• Review solutions with business and technology stakeholders to align with customer expectations.
• Ensure the overall quality of functional solutions and interface mappings.
• Assist with onboarding UAT, including test case preparation and tracking.
• Collaborate with BAs and team to distribute work and meet targets.
• Engage stakeholders and manage relationships with business and technology.
• Identify risks early and communicate mitigations to stakeholders.
• Promote reuse-first and AI-assisted practices with validation.
